Meet the Provider.
Dr. Lynne Modzelesky, Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D)
I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 19 years of experience supporting individuals through meaningful life change. Those closest to me know me as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. I cherish time with loved ones, exploring new places, relaxing at the beach, jogging for self-care, and listening to true crime podcasts.
I specialize in women’s mental health, including anxiety, trauma/PTSD, postpartum challenges, infertility and life transitions. Currently, I am accepting patients who reside in Pennsylvania, California and North Carolina.
My clinical journey has included working with diverse populations in outpatient, inpatient, and correctional settings. Along the way, I’ve taught undergraduate courses, conducted independent research, and currently provide supervision to early-career psychologists and clinical staff.
I’m licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (017705), California (29009), and North Carolina (6144), and I’m a registered Health Service Psychologist (55329).
As a therapist, I’m passionate about working with women, helping you feel grounded, supported, and empowered to create the life you want. I take a flexible, individualized approach that respects your unique story and needs. Your therapy plan will be tailored to you and may include:
Evidence-based practices
Person-centered and integrative approaches
Cognitive-behavioral strategies
Space for reflection and emotional processing
Support for removing practical barriers to your growth
I also believe in healing the whole person—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and beyond.
My passion for this work grew from personal experience. I’ve navigated single motherhood, the challenges of balancing career and family, and the deep transformation that comes with becoming a parent. I’ve seen firsthand how women can support each other through life’s toughest seasons, and how powerful that connection can be. Through my private practice, I’ve created a space for women to heal, grow, and move forward on their terms.
Currently, I am accepting patients who reside in Pennsylvania, California and North Carolina.
